Don’t waste your time. Ask insurance for another shop. The work they accomplish, if any is bad. They did not work on the car, wasted our time having to drive to their collision center 3 times to pick up a car that never really got fixed. The car was literally undrivable, because they forgot to connect the radiator. I had to pull over because the car overheated the moment it got on the freeway. Had to wait 2 hours on the side of the road for them to show up and actually connect the radiator. They offered to detail the car, but when I had to return to fix something else they still didn’t fix anything they “detailed” the car and left armor all wipes in and rags inside the car. The I’d be less annoyed if the mistakes weren’t so negligent, and if the work had been done within the 2 months that was quoted instead of lying for an extra month saying it’s almost ready just to have to return the car two more times to fix things they neglected. It took about 3.5 months to get the car back and it came back with other people’s trash and wasn’t fixed.
