Horrible balcony cleaning This company should stick to cleaning carpets. I hired them to do my balcony because I had surgery and could not do it myself. I usually just use a pressure washer which does a fantastic job of cleaning the railings, floor and all the tight spots. Even though I told them my balcony was fully enclosed and has a drain, they came and used a round floor brush, which is absolutely ridiculous as it can’t get into all the spots. The guy didn’t even do the rails, I still have bird shit on them, and there’s grime still in the corners. Plus, the guy walked all over my floors with his dirty shoes and dragged the dirty hoses all over my floors. Do they think this is professional? They wanted almost $400 for this? Save your money, hire a pressure washer guy and they’ll do it wayyy cheaper and do a much better job.
