Useless garbage. Terrible experience, when I received this thing, my SIM would not fit as it is a Nano one, I had to get an adaptor, when I got that and installed my SIM I found the phone does NOT work, I can't make phone calls as I can't hear anything with it although the volume is set on 9. It does not work to send SMS messages at all. I sent an email to Popphones, they have ignored it.
