An Excellent Experience Used this company at their Stourbridge clinic, which they run on a Tuesday, after being let down by a nearby hearing centre, who were unable to do the job that was needed. However, this company was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist who booked me in was knowledgeable and reassuring, and the specialist was first class, super efficient, and an excellent communicator who explained in great detail, exactly what was going on with my ears. Can't thank them enough. Worth every penny.
