Scammed I payed for baggage and that wasn't included once I was about to enter airplane. Once I tried to call these idiots, I was told I need to have a premium subscription to get customer support. I tried to email them. Told them I have no access to phone anymore, but they try to call me and then say I might not be able to get my help if I don't answer. Never had such blatant scamming happening to me before. Horrible company, I wish they had less than 1 star to give here. Stay away.
