NOT INSTANT I purchased a Fallout 4 GOTY key from Instant-Gaming key shop and right after my purchase they need a picture of my ID or driver license in order to "verify" my order. This was never disclosed prior to my purchase. The order status has been stuck on "Estimated process time: 1 minute" for an hour now.
