Clear/simple advice and a great service Was struggling with a very slow/old Mac Powerbook and weighing-up whether or not to bite the bullet and buy a new one. I contacted Marc first to check whether there was anything that could be done to breath new life into it. Got a quick reply clearly outlining my options and he was very patient answering my further questions. In the end I went for a RAM upgrade + new hard drive and now it's working like a brand new laptop at a fraction of the price. I'm the first to admit I am hugely out-of-my-depth when it comes to all things IT but Marc was very good at explaining things simply at every stage.
