Shameful Facility My child went to another swim facility before and she is going now again to the academy we are very happy and we are outta Aquatech- horrific place for good! They are dishonest, this can be and has been their stance with everybody who refuses to just pay and accept what this facility wants to force on them. This type of retaliation by this swim center is exactly what is being mentioned by all other reviewers. Please check the 1 star reviews on yelp those will tell all the accurate stories, business must be reasonable enough to understand but obviously these are not a reasonable lot. They only know to argue and cancel kids lesson, people who are giving them 1 stars on yelp are telling their horror stories, Go read YELP. The pool is not Olympic level but they'll Olympic strategy jargon to slow the kids down. This pool is NOT for taller kids or advanced kids who are upper elementary and above!!! This is very very shallow pool which is crammed at both ends and obviously there's no-way a child can ever truly learn, there's just no space and kids are forced to do the same thing over and over and over and over without ever giving them a chance to organically grow and advance as they should. After the four 30 minute weekly sessions, she gained zero new skills. She spent the time drilling the same exact basic skill which they already knew how to do prior to attending. Obviously we will ask them to move our child up, to which they did drama, retaliation and cancelling lesson. They also harassed us multiple times on phone because we cancelled her enrollment and tried to enroll her at a different level when we went to the facility to discuss, a skinny lady with bleached hair jumped in and insulted us and our child started to shout at us, paying fees at your facility doesn't mean we will take insults, we are very by their CS calls and the staff behavior at their center, any person would be. These people need basic customer training. Shame!
