Unprofessional Scam Scam. Double charged me and made it seem as though they were doing me a courtesy to finally, after all the back and forth, remove the unauthorized charge. At least they were responding at that point… All communication ceased when I didn’t receive my package. I’ve been reaching out for weeks and I can only assume that because I didn’t accept any of their several upsells/spamming, I am no longer a client worth responding to, and will not be receiving what I paid for. Pro tip, if you decide to waste your money with this company, use AMEX, they will fight for you to get your money back once VShred decides to ignore their responsibilities.
