Disappointing Experience with Nielsen Hair Clinic: Lack of Service and Privacy Concerns Dear reader, I feel compelled to share my experience with Nielsen Hair Clinic, where my husband underwent a hair transplant and where unfortunately we encountered several issues. A few years ago, my husband decided to undergo a hair transplant at Nielsen Hair Clinic, where the most extensive package of 4600 grafts was recommended. According to the clinic, this should have been sufficient to adequately fill all the bald spots. However, it turns out that this was far from the case. At the time, Nielsen Hair Clinic had just been established and there were no reviews available. If we had known about the poor service, or rather the lack thereof, we would have chosen to have the hair transplant performed elsewhere. After filing a complaint, we received different advice than what was initially given: another hair transplant would be necessary, with the offer of a discount. This is not what one expects at the outset of a hair transplant. You don't just pay for the treatment itself, but also for accurate information and service. Naturally, we did not agree to this and once again requested a suitable solution, but there has simply been no response, which is very disappointing. Additionally, I would like to issue a warning to future and existing customers of Nielsen Hair Clinic: the clinic does not take privacy seriously. They display before-and-after photos of their clients without their consent. Certain clients chose not to have all bald spots filled with hair, which the doctor at Nielsen Hair Clinic apparently found amusing. I believe clients would not appreciate being laughed at for their results, especially not by a doctor. This is not in line with the oath that a doctor takes when practicing medicine. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Nielsen Hair Clinic, and I hope that my feedback can help others make an informed decision about their hair transplant.
