If I could give negative stars, I would, entirely for the poor customer service. They don't have a phone number so you have to interact with them via Facebook Messenger or email, which is already a bad time. Then the reps on FB... OH MAN. I struggle to imagine that real people could be so ineffective. Like it's either a really poorly coded algorithm or they hire people right off the street and give them zero information or training about what a computer even is, let alone the products and services they're supporting. Every time you send a message, you get a new rep and they auto-close the ticket and send a "would you recommend us to your friends" reply. You will NEVER get an answer. Woe be on your head if you need help with something legit like a delayed refund or purchasing issues. I feel like this company must be an illegal front for something because there's no way this terrible model is profitable.
