From 1st to 3rd Floor :) Today I was scheduled for a dental appointment, I am so appreciative of the great work in that clinic, I was in such severe agony and now I feel so much better. Dannette is amazing, she is so thorough, smart, and she juggles so much and she basically was running the intake, check out for the entire dental as well as the lab, WOW and she smiles and is such a good soul who is conspicuously overwhelmed! Her manager Tatiana is also a blessing. When you do great stuff for myself and the community you have such a high demand, kudos on meeting it and your efficiency. My friend, Paul had a chance to interact with the Medical Manager, Ruth on the 2nd floor, who was a very nice, professional who he was passing information to my APRN Katherine Hernandez who is the best too, and Roxanne is an equally wonderful counterpart in the intake and check out too on the second flood, just amazing! Lastly we spoke with Betty in Case Management, so wonderful to learn about all the helpful services available. In that waiting room we spoke with Joanne, a mother of a patient, who is also a retired nurse and she said the Case Management staff saved her son's life. Chenovia in the Walgreens pharmacy and her colleagues, that entire staff, ROCKS! Thank you so much Care Resource Team!
