Very Bad Experience I rarely give one-star reviews, but this business uses strong-arm tactics on rental/expat customers. They bullied me into an unnecessary gas top-up for my aircon, claiming refusal would breach my rental contract. The price fluctuated from $120 to $80 in minutes. The technician initially refused a new service report but agreed once I paid $80. The air-con wasn't colder, it was a scam. He also threatened a chemical wash but left after I resisted.
