First experience with RV Service / Warranty We are new to RV ownership even though we have had ours a couple of years. The a/c was not cooling in the bedroom or the main area, called and talked to Peggy (very insightful) and scheduled Ray to come out, he came and looked over everything, took the warranty information and handled everything. Came back when he got the units in and replaced both of them, and answered my questions and showed me things I needed to know.
