Mistakes made during the project & Irrigation system warranty is not being honored Our irrigation system has a leak. We have reached out to Josue Cruz & JC Landscaping several times for over a month now, attempting to have them come and do the repair. After a single call from him with a promise to come fix the leak, we have had no communication from him. The irrigation system is still under their guaranteed 2 year warranty. Unfortunately it appears they are not going to honor that warranty. Ours was a large project and there were several significant mistakes made by Josue and his crew. Most of these were communicated to us after the fact and would have caused major delays and corrective reconstruction efforts. There was an error made in the measurement for concrete pilings that were installed for the pergola which made them unusable. To remedy this would have meant tearing up the newly installed paver patio and pouring new footings - which we elected not to do! They were contracted to modify and add 2 new zones to our existing sprinkler system which turned out to be a nightmare. After telling us that this project was completed, we discovered many errors they made that required re-digging to seal off unused pipes and to fix other leaks. I usually do not leave negative reviews. This low review could have been avoided if Josue Cruz or one of his team members had responded and come to fix this new irrigation leak we found.
