Booking never tries to ckeck my complaint .
I booked a bed in a room at room007 Chueca Hostel via Booking.com for four people but I got a bed in a room for eleven people instead. I have sent a complaint to the booking company three weeks ago about what happened to me there but no response , only some excuses and there is still no practical solution for the problem .
