DO NOT USE MOSAIC
Terrible customer service. Could not have been less helpful in working out a loan issue with a solar installation that wasn't functional. "elevated" me several times to supervisors, who just have me send in paperwork, don't respond, and require me to call back and start over. I feel taken advantage of a customer. DO NOT USE MOSAIC
