Misleading Information and Unexpected Costs
I recently had an experience with Harmony Bay Wellness Center, and unfortunately, it was not as positive as I had hoped. My first visit was on December 19, 2023, and during my initial inquiry, I was explicitly told that they accepted Tufts Health Direct Silver 2000.
However, in February 2024, I was informed that they are not in-network with my insurance, and I would have to pay for the services I received. This was a shock and has caused unexpected financial strain.
I am disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding their network status. If there was a change, I believe I should have been informed after my first visit to avoid any confusion.
I hope that others considering Harmony Bay Wellness are aware of the potential for discrepancies in the information provided, especially regarding insurance coverage. Clear communication is crucial, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet that expectation.
I would not recommend this center to anyone!!!
