Haven’t receive my parcel and they don’t respond to your emails
If I could put 0 stars, I would put 0! I ordered during the Black Friday sales, my order was delayed because some jewelry was out of stock. To find out this information, I had to write an email, otherwise I don't think they would have written to me. They offered me either a refund or to wait. I asked to wait but that the delivery address be changed, as I would no longer be at the location initially indicated when I placed my order. Since then, no reply. I write emails, contact them via the website etc. but nobody answers my request and the parcel ends up arriving at an address where I haven't been for a long time... I'm not looking for a refund but for delivery except that with their shitty customer service it seems impossible!
