Extremely Disappointed with Dishonest Service I hired Jannis to create high-quality images for print, based on their promise to use specific techniques. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet the promised standards. The images were artificially enhanced without proper lighting, something I could have done myself with my iPhone. This resulted in a significant loss of time and money, as the images are unusable for my intended purpose. I completley wasted my time and money, 1300 sek for one image and 3 hours for absolutley nothing! And he refused to return the money knowing he sold this service to me knowing he wouldn't deliver the result he promised. Im hightly dissappointed. I was promised I would be able to print the image the same size as the painting, and as a result it can only be smaller than the original because the quality is so low it's impossible to use. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the photographer was aggressive in communication and refused to provide a refund. I have reported the company to the consumer ombudsman due to their dishonest practices. I don't agree on these kind of dishonest practices at all, I find it extremley dishonest and ugly.
