Going the extra mile to make something right Having visited A T Launder a few times before, I returned to have some paint issues on the bonnet and door of my car corrected. Unfortunately, the first attempt to paint the car wasn't entirely successful and there some imperfections in the paint and lacquer. I immediately flagged these and we agreed a date to have those areas re-painted. I then returned one final time to have some residual issues with lacquer build up resolved. Despite what I'm sure was a frustrating time for A T Launder having to work on the car a number of times, they dealt with this with good grace and with an ongoing commitment to get it right. I collected the car this morning and it now looks great, sparkling in the sun after a good wash before being returned. Thanks to all at A T Launder for persevering with this and for having the best outcome for your customers front of mind. And as said on here before, the team are a pleasure to deal with.
