POOR QUALITY + Declined refund though within the right timeframe I ordered two dresses for my elopement day from this company. Not only did the dresses arrive extremely late, but the material was also of very poor quality. I requested a refund within the appropriate timeframe, but the company insists that I am only entitled to store credits, which I of course do not want to use due to very poor quality items. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping here. Thankfully, House of CB and Club L London saved the day for my elopement with their high-quality products and excellent service. I will definitely be escalating this issue further as this is no way to treat customers. If I could give ZERO stars I would - this has been going on since MAY.
