HavenH2O Softener&Purification System Install Joe W. was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and honest. I got the distinct impression that he was not trying to up-sell us into something we didn't need just to make some extra money. Workmanship appears to be top-notch and the improvement in our water quality was immediate and very noticeable. Customer service after the install was outstanding as well - I called with some follow up questions a week later and he called me right back in less than 10 minutes (couldn't answer right when I called because he was in the middle of another install job). I would trust him to do work inside my house as he seems extremely honest and reputable. Price is good and being able to support a small, local, family-owned business is huge bonus for us too. Look no further - this is your guy for water quality issues and fantastic service.
