Poor logistics for training class Very disappointed with the logistics of this course. Directions to the classroom were lacking, and there was no signage outside or inside of the building. We did not have contact information for the instructor. After calling the helpline we were told to go to a hallway but the door was locked. After banging on the door someone came to let the three of us in. The class had started and we missed the first 4 modules. The instructors refused to make up the missed information. I do not recommend this training company.
