Fake tracking number It was a great company till they switched hands. I'm in a email War back and forth with them as whenever you make an order they instantly send you a tracking number so naturally the customer goes by the tracking number however my last two times I have ordered both times the tracking number gets sent to me and it's not scanned or processed for the next 5 days after I received the email making my delivery time well over a week and a half this is the second time when on their end they're saying oh no it's okay this is business as usual as I ordered on Monday the package from the tracking number that they originally sent me says it's going to be delivered today however Canada Post says the tracking number does not even exist and there's no other updates on the tracking number that they provided except for them and email saying oh nope this is all normal this is not normal I used to order up to a pound and a half every two weeks from them for the past 4 years this is all very new or I'm a Target and they just want me to quit or report them. which I'm very willing to do I'm sure CRA would love to have a hold of them. I'm a patient person but not an idiot. This is nonsense!
