Too bad you can't give zero stars! I just had to call a foreign number for 41 minutes to cancel my edream prime subscription! In other words, on top of the subscription fee of 90 euros that we were wrongly charged, we lost another 10 euros! A SHAME! It was clear that they were trying to keep you on the phone for as long as possible! They literally just keep you on a string. I really felt 'put in the bag'. We canceled the membership after the first year, as we had only taken the plane once. Apparently this was not successful. We were charged for a second year this week. We did not receive any email before or after. It was simply deducted from the bill! We cannot claim a refund! Unless we remain a member for another year and book a plane trip for at least 300 euros this year... Then the 90 euros could be used as too good... While it was very clear that in 2 years we have only visited once took the plane! And then the subscription just continued and we had to go through the same circus again next year. No, thanks. NO TRUST whatsoever in this company.
