I was using one payroll company and an HR company to help with recruitment, and another for benefits administration. I wanted to continue to grow my business not spend many hours a week talking to 3 or 4 different companies. That time I invested in these tasks did not bring in new business for my company. Now I can focus on my company goals, without distraction.
