iPhone 14 Pro Max Screen
The screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max stopped working. I took it to the Apple Store to be fixed by one of their ‘professionals’. They had it for 2 hours and couldn’t do anything with it because they also discovered a design fault in the screws at the base of the phone. They had rusted within one month of purchasing the brand new phone. Apple couldn’t get the screws out. They dismissed the case and could only offer me the option to buy a brand new phone.
Not wanting to spend a ridiculous amount of money, I decided to try to get it fixed via another provider. This is when we discovered Techbase. Craig and team in store were helpful and supportive from the beginning. They reassured me that they would get the screws out and they did, almost immediately. They investigated the phone and confirmed it was a screen issue.
Within one day, Techbase had ordered and fitted a brand new screen and provided new screws. The new screen works wonderfully and I can notice no difference in quality whatsoever. When I went to pick the phone up, Craig waited after the store had closed as I was keen to get the phone back for my holiday. He gave me an excellent deal for the screen, new case and a screen cover for the iPhone and it was fixed within a remarkable timeframe.
My phone went from an extremely expensive decorative ornament back to a fully working phone within 24 hours despite Apple iPhone declaring it a write off! Craig and his team reassured me throughout the process and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time.
I would recommend this company to everyone I know (and don’t know!).
