Light Therapy, new treatment with good results I was introduced to Kristy at Resilient Health a few years back for for age related aches and pains. Recently Kristy began treating me with a new therapy, light therapy, for those aches and pains. I came in with constant, 100% hip pain, I could not lay on my sides and walking was painful . The 1st treatment took about 20 minutes, I left with most of the pain gone. One treatment with light therapy reduced the pain level by 85%, I have since been back for 4 follow up appointments with good results.
