Lost a customer
I’ve been a paying customer at this hotel many times in the last 9 months mostly thru agoda, but also booking and super so you can see how often. I just now asked your manager if I could sleep in the parking lot in my van for the next two nights and he said no. Just wanted to let you know I will never again be a customer at your establishment.
