Buyer Beware
My package has been sitting in a port in California for almost a month and customer service refuses to help me with this issue. I have been reaching out for 3 weeks and asked for a refund since I have not received my package in a timely manner and is clearly lost. I am getting the ring around from customer service telling me to wait patiently. The only thing they claimed they can do is to refund me partial *SHIPPING* cost. I will have no choice but to seek a refund from PayPal. I am so disappointed in the way this matter has been handled, considering I have ordered from you many times in the past.
