Will absolutely hire them again! I did a lot of research and interviewed several companies looking for the right one to remodel our bathrooms to include universal design. As we age, I want our home to be safe for us, and functional regardless of age or ability, so we won't need to leave it. I had priorities that were non-negotiable. As all of my family are immunocompromised or at risk, everyone who comes in our home must be masked at all times. I wanted the lowest maintenance materials and design possible, as I am beyond done with cleaning grout. I was surprised that those two things were too much to ask for some companies I spoke with. Mike and Kelly worked with us on every bit of it, and made sure we were happy with every aspect, from the big issues like layout of the bathrooms, to the fidgety stuff like fixtures and colors. Scott and his team were fabulous. They were very respectful, and wore a mask indoors 100% of the time, so we felt safe with them. They made sure to get our input so that everything from grab bars to sink and mirror placement were just right. Every time an issue came up, which is inevitable in an old house, they solved it with zero fuss. They were careful around the basement waterproofing we had just had done. They paid attention to every detail. They made sure to clean up every day before they left, and hauled away the trash. Mike and Scott and Kelly all communicated in a timely manner, and always kept us up to date on expectations - whether it was ETA on delivery of materials or the timeline of work. We could not be happier with their work! I recommend them wholeheartedly, with NO reservations. We would absolutely hire them again, and will once we are ready to redo the kitchen.
