11th hour saviour I popped into Elmsleigh Invacar this morning at 7.30am in a mad panic, as my car had to be MOT'd today, or I wouldn't be able to tax. Even though there was a full schedule, James offered to do the MOT himself to sort out my issue. I was blown away at this kind offer, and was told he would call me later once the work was done. Just around 3 hours later, I got a call from him to say my MOT had been done and the car had passed! A massive sigh of relief came from me. James, you went well above expectations today and made me a very happy and content customer, for that I am so grateful. Absolutely first class service indeed. Much appreciated, Howard Sellick
