Poor quality 2 hoodies arrived a month late, should have been cotton but was a poor substituted polyester and completely shapeless. Refund policy was non-existent as was trying to make a deal with 20% off 30% off and keep the item or alternatively pay postage for only buy certain couriers to return the items and wait for a refund. Needless to say PayPal stepped in in order to get my refund
