Clinicana Clinic is fortunate to have Ecem as an employee. When I signed up for a complex hair transplant procedure thousands of kilometers away from home, I did not know what to expect. The apprehensions over the complexity of the operation were overwhelming. My fears and concerns were alleviated when I met my assistant, Ecem. She took the time to explain the entire process, from the critical preop steps I had to take before the procedure to everything I needed to know to care for my hair after the operation. Her sincere smile cheered me up when I felt overwhelmed. Her puzzled frown when I was about to do something stupid, showed her genuine concern for my well-being. She must have had other patients to attend to, but somehow, she made me feel special. She was available 24/7, no matter how silly my requests were. Clinicana Clinic is fortunate to have Ecem as an employee.
