Ray and Peggy are keepers! Look no further...you've found your RV repair team. They make appointments for your service visit. Peggy called the day before to confirm and to give me the time frame of when I could expect Ray to arrive. He was on time, polite, professional, and helpful. I had been told we might need to replace our A/C, but all it needed was to be cleaned. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed a couple of issues not on the original work order. It is always such a relief to find reliable people to work with and we are very happy to have found Giddy-Up.
