I rented a vacation home through this company on June 1, 2024. On June 1, I paid the required $50 down payment. The remaining balance of $578.14 was due to be withdrawn on June 17, 2024. However, on June 17th, $787.90 was withdrawn from my account. I have reached out numerous times to get this resolved. Each time, I've been told it's been sent to the accounting department. I was communicating with someone through their text feature. Once I asked to speak with someone on the phone, I didn't get a reply. So I called the number on the website. After calling several times and not having anyone answer, the representative texted me back saying that she was trying to answer my call but they were experiencing phone issues. I called from my mother's cell and someone answered immediately. This person I spoke to sent me to a manager. I left two voicemails with this manager (a couple of hours in between). This person that I finally spoke to informed me that they would work it out and it would all be taken care of. Not only was I overcharged and still waiting on a refund, I rented a house with a private pool and got a townhouse with a community pool. Again, I did this on June 1st. I was due to check in July 17th. I reached out numerous times because I received no communication from this company. On the evening of July 16th (less than 24 hours before checkin), I received an email with the address and instructions.
