Sloppy and careless At first I was pretty impressed with the very fast response using WhatsApp messaging service. The collection of all the rubble was also very fast. This is where they have let themselves down. The driver seemed to be in such a rush that he didn’t bother to put anything under the stabiliser arm and punched a hole through the public path outside my neighbours house. I was also told that they would take 16tons away with them which they didn’t. My partner asked the drive how much he had taken and he replied with 15tons. When she asked him if he was going to take any more he simply said no because there is mud. The garden was left in a total mess with large gouges out of the ground and rubble left all over the place. I’ve been promised a few time now for over a week that they would come and sort the damage to the floor and collect the left rubble which hasn’t happened. Now I’m just being totally ignored.
