Hello,
I have a problem with my case with no respond now for more than 1 month of investigation after realising that the advisor (Natalie) has applied for me for a capped visa 476 Australia as she applied for me on 17/01/24, although it has been capped on 22/12/23 but till now no one respond me for my refund i tried to send more than 4 mails and calls everyday with no help.
Could you contact me please for my case as it is not my fault it is one of your employees fault, i am still waiting for your respond before i take any official action.
