No problems!
I ordered a SIM for an iPad and a SIM to give me a local UK number. Everything worked as expected. It was important for me to have the phone number ahead of arriving in the UK and this was readily achieved following the instructions. That seems to be the key - following the emailed instructions. I can see that it would be easy to screw things up if one just tore open the package and followed the instructions inside which are intended for UK users.
