SCAMMERS! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! We signed our contract with Penguin Solar 2 years ago, they are now out of business. Solar panels have been installed but have never been turned on. Moasic is our fiance company that is charging us monthly, impossible to get ahold of anyone, contract states we were to get a new electrical panel, Moasic is refusing to have one installed, even though contract says it was in the price we signed up for. Our PTO has not been approved and is still in review. Every time I call the just keep saying " it's in review" I will be contacting a lawyer to sue their asses! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Scammers! Stay away from them at all coat!!
