Awful. Avoid like the plague. I ordered six units, three were delivered. I reminded the business that I had ordered six units, they suggested that the courier would split the orders if too large. Two days later just one more unit arrived, its cardboard package had been contaminated by a solvert, oil, water or some other material. I rejected it. I have rejected the order outright and expect the vendor to collect the three aready delivered. I also expect a full refund of my payment within 5 working days. For anyone thinking this is just sour grapes - check the name of the business, there is no address. It does appear on Companies House and has two directors, a husband and wife. The husband was previously director of dissolved company "tier shelving". Essentially, he's selling off stock from the dissolved company and hiding behind the address of his solicitors in Middlesborough. Seriously, AVOID this confidence trick.
