Will not even speak to me about refunding! Very, very, very difficult to get ahold of corporate. I purchased a subscription, then later canceled it. However, I continued to get billed for a service I was not using! I called and and was told my subscription had not been canceled as I thought, but they would cancel it right then. ( I was later told they could not cancel over the phone, then told that managers could cancel over the phone.) When I requested a refund for the service I thought was already canceled, the manager refused because I canceled it on the day it was billed - which is a normal response to seeing a charge on the bank that you thought was previously canceled because you figured employees would do what they said! I asked to speak to corporate, but was told they don't have a phone number!!!! I have emailed as I was instructed many times, but no response yet.
