Congratulations -- Trump v. Hillary Clinton Lawsuit Opens the Door for proving Trump was Putin Agent Gee whiz, Ms. Habba, you just opened the door for the Defendants to prove that Trump has been a Russian intelligent asset and agent going back to before 1985, his first visit to Russia. Can't wait till Trump is deposed and asked, "what did you and Putin talk about during the six secret (no translator and no notes) in-person meetings you had with him when you were President?" Executive privilege won't apply. Since Putin and the Russian intelligence know what they discussed, and the US Government doesn't, this lawsuit gives the Defendants the perfect opportunity to explore the many publicly known contacts between Trump, Putin, and the Russian intelligence services, and to prove the links according to the civil standard of proof ("more likely than not") "Russia, are you listening...?"
