Misleading Information and Unreasonable Financial Restrictions This program is very expensive. Despite the cost, I decided to join. Prior to joining, I explained that my work often puts me on the road. I was concerned about the diet portion of the program. The initial salesperson did not indicate any concerns with my travel schedule. Nor did my subsequent remote training session. They do provide a recommendation for premade meals through another company that I bought. I was hopeful that these would help with my traveling diet. They were awful. One aspect of the program are their scientifically developed supplements that allegedly provide for an increased metabolism. They were completely ineffective. The involvement from my trainer was to receive automated emails asking how I was doing and to meet with him once a month via Zoom. My understanding was that these meetings would only last for 3-months. Bottom line was this program did not work with my work schedule. I canceled my program. Believe it or not, they will not refund your large financial investment after 72 hours. This is before you have implemented your diet, exercise plan or taken your supplements. There was no way for me to know if this was something that I wanted a refund for or not in the first 72 hours. I told them to figure out the costs associated with my time in the program to date and the supplements received then refund me the difference. They said no. It is then when I learned that the program does not provide you with a year's worth of supplements at no additional cost as I was led to believe. I am not sure what exactly your money buys you with this program.
