He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He got right down to business while explaining his method and tools he used for the job. The highlight was the enlightening conversation we had with him and his welcoming personality. We would highly recommend him for any appraisal work you need, as he shared many facts about gemstones and jewelry in general. The final paperwork was well done and even though it was the beginning of a holiday weekend he delivered the promised online paperwork before the end of the day as well as the hard copy we had when we left.
