Very bad hotell and NO help from Booking costumer service We have book a room in this hotell we pay 650 euro for 1 week visit, we get a room that look like a prison, it is a room on the top on of the hotell it is very little there is no space to walk in full high, the windo can not open the heat is 32 celcius and there is no air in the room. we talk with the reception they was very bad they want 25 euro extra for each day to upgrade to other room. i called booking.com and was talkning with them for 3 hours and the say we can NOT pay me my money back so i can get another hotell that is normal. i have photo
