Low quality, Dishonest and misrepresented. I ordered the jacket and it arrived a totally different colour. I was refunded 50% and was told it’d be deleted from the catalogue due to it being such a misrepresentation. That has not happened a month later. It’s not even the usual variations with natural products, it’s a sickly reddish brown colour like a cheap knockoff handbag. The material is light and wrinkles like faux leather with a thin plastic like surface. I asked if it could be dyed and was told that they’d advise me after I accepted the originally offered 20% refund. Once a 50% refund was agreed, they told me that it could never be dyed. Suspicious. Very dishonest and disappointing that they couldn’t rectify it by remaking it in the right material or deleting the listing. Their own website won’t allow a review!
