Beware: RedX Customer Service Nightmare!
As a RedX subscriber since November, I've endured over 15 frustrating customer service calls, each promising resolution but delivering nothing. Despite repeated assurances that the "MLS Specialist" was on the case, my issues persist, neglected since November. Not once has there been proactive outreach or effort to engage with my local MLS department. Requests to speak with this elusive specialist have gone unanswered, leaving me stranded in a cycle of broken promises and wasted time. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of RedX. Their empty promises and lackluster support are a disservice to hardworking real estate professionals. Also, Avoid the hours wasted watching ineffective cold-calling tutorials – they're more interested in chatting with a facade, videos designed to showcase the success of privileged realtors while duping others into paying for coaching through their Youtube channels. It's time to demand better from RedX or find a service provider that values your time and business.
