No Email of confirmation from company. Reference number 15329554139 I booked a flight from Taipei to Narita Tokyo, of . 22 March. I've been contacting to the customer service many times to ask them to send me the confirmation email immediately. Every time they say it's under priority and they will send the email within 6 hours maximum. But no emails after 30 hours. The operator told me that the booking was not accepted because there's no seats. So they are trying to cancel the booking. Im waiting for the confirmation of cancellation and refund. But no email. I have a huge trouble. I need to rush. Please send me the email about confirmation of cancellation immediately.... Please.
